Rule 11
Special provision for importation of goods subject to bond or bank guarantee
(1) …..
(2) If the garment produced by the textile industry of Nepal is to be sold to the ready-to-wear industry for export, while importing the yarn required for the production of the garment, it may be imported by keeping a bank guarantee equal to the amount of customs duty levied on the yarn on the recommendation of the textile industry association.
